Every morning when I wake up I get up and shower after that I take a moment to meditate and ask me a few very important questions.
The first question is what my best form of myself is I can reach at the end of the day. I try to reach new goals every day and get more done every day. So I think a few minutes about it and sometimes take notes on what I want to reach on that day.
The second following question is a simple follow up question. It is “What can I do to make this goal of the day happen? How can I improve myself? How can I stay motivated on that target to get it done?”
Answering that question is sometimes challenging but if you take the time to do it you are more conscious about what you think and do. Normally we run on a type of autopilot to get pass every day but if you want to change something in your life you must change yourself first and specially your mindset on your day of even on a topic in general.
And if you can’t reach a goal in one day take a moment before you go to bed and think about what made you miss your goal? When it’s an excuse you should investigate it and get rid of it in the near future because every excuse will sabotage your way to success. This was the first thing I learned when ii got started as a self-employed.
One more thing to do before you go to bed. Be grateful of what you reached In that day and what person you are. Even on bad days be grateful. It is the drive of mindset which will bring you forward to go and get your goals done. Perhaps one day you will do more in one day as your goal said.
What do you want to do with your life? Where do you want to be in one year? What are you willing to do for your goal?
Answer these questions to yourself perhaps take notes and most importantly take action today even 10 minutes a day are more than an hour a week.
